When we rise, we rise together
Inroads by the Hispanic/Latino community into the business sector—including small business, entrepreneurship, and technology—are exploding. And yet Hispanic/Latinos are markedly underrepresented in the advisor ranks of the financial industry. We aim to change that, beginning with an enterprise-level commitment to cultural engagement, executive recruitment, and business development, and moving to actively bolster our corps of advisors to shrink the gap between the customer community and the financial professionals who serve them.
