To better serve, and foster greater connection with, the Hispanic/Latino community, we need a workforce representative of that community, so we’re committed to attracting, developing, and empowering new and experienced advisors alike, both in an advisory capacity and in Wells Fargo Advisors leadership.
To create true community there needs to be support at every level of the organization, whether we’re fostering connection through senior leaders like Dave and Alberto, or building affinity among representative advisors through flexible business platforms and strategic partnerships.
